FAQs
What are your certifications?
All of our pilots are Certified Remote Pilots by the FAA and US Department of Transportation under Part 107. All Drone Operators working in a commercial capacity must be tested and Certified by the FAA to legally operate a drone in the United States.
How do I know if I'm near a no fly zone (NFZ)?
Email us the address where we will be operating and we will respond promply if we can fly in your area. Typical NFZs include areas around airports, military installments, and National Parks.
How many picures will you take of a home?
This can vary depending on many factors of the home and property such as its size and amenities. With that being said, we take as many photos as necessary to provide a thorough and complete review of the property. We also provide 4K Video, Virtual Tours, Floor-plan PDFs, and more!
Can you fly indoors?
Typically no. It can be dangerous to fly in enclosed areas. There are a few exceptions, like large open-span buildings or stadiums. If you have a specific location in mind, email us and we'll do our best to determine if we can meet your needs!
